When and where are HOA meetings held?

HOA Meetings are generally held every other month.  Our current schedule is:

​                              February                                October

                              June                                      December

                              August

Meetings are held at the Word of Life Church on the second Thursday of these months from 7-8PM.

When and where is the Annual Meeting?



The Annual Meeting is typically help in April.  Please watch your mail for details from our community management company.

How do I obtain a pool card?
 

You must be current on your annual assessments and have an acknowledgement form, available in the Forms section, on file with Real Manage.

I've lost my pool card, what do I need to do to get a replacement?

Contact Real Manage, (866) 473-2573.  There is a replacement fee.

I'd like to add a screen door to the front of my house, do I need to get permission?

​

The most important thing you need to know before making any improvements or installing any equipment to the exterior of your home, is that you must submit an application to the Architectural Control Committee before any construction or work begins.  The ACC Form is available in the Forms section.
